Here we clearly explain the additional charges. Please contact us before booking. All prices shown already include Booking's 15.5% commission. Booking and cancellation policies: Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. 100% of the booking amount will be charged if canceled within 60 days prior to arrival. No charges apply for cancelations made within 24 hours of booking. Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, Red 6000 and cash. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 3% surcharge will be applied to the total amount. Bank transfers are accepted at no additional cost. Cleaning costs (includes bath and pool towels as well as bed linens): Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: €540. 2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2 hours): €100 + Final cleaning: €540. 3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: €100 each + Final cleaning: €540. Tourist tax: €2 per adult/day, applicable for the first 7 days of the stay. Please note: The maximum capacity of the house cannot be exceeded (max. 16 people). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Events are not allowed, and photo or video shoots for commercial purposes are not permitted. The minimum age to rent our villas is 28 years old. Low season (October to April): Heating: €300/week (based on actual consumption) Monthly stays: Utilities (water, electricity, gas) €800 (based on actual consumption) 🕗 Late check-in: From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €45 surcharge. After 12:00 AM: €70 surcharge. 💼 Security deposit: €5,000 Instant booking disabled. Always upon request.
